Guadalupe Correa-Cabrera is Professor in the Schar School of Policy and Government, and co-director of the Corruption, Networks, and Transnational Crime Research Center (CONTRA) at George Mason University. Her areas of expertise are border studies, US-Mexico relations, international security, migration studies, and illicit networks.
Sergio Chapa

Born and raised in Texas, Sergio Chapa is a Houston-based energy industry expert, freelance journalist and author. Sergio is co-author of the book “Frontera: A Journey Along the US-Mexico Border,”  which was published by TCU Press in March 2024.

Kimberly Collins, PhD, has more than 30 years of experience working and living in the US-Mexico border region. Her most recent experience includes Professor of Public Administration and Executive Director of the William and Barbara Leonard Transportation Center (LTC) at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB).
Michelle Keck
University of Texas, Rio Grande Valley
Michelle Keck is an associate professor of political science at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Her research interests include the U.S.-Mexico border, international relations, U.S. foreign policy, and the rise and impact of SpaceX in Cameron County, Texas. 
David Sandell
Texas Christian University
David P. Sandell is an associate professor of anthropology at Texas Christian University. His research interests include folklore and expressive culture in Mexico and the US Southwest. At TCU, Dr. Sandell teaches courses on the themes of migration, development, and globalization.
Alberto Wilson
Texas Christian University
Alberto Wilson is an assistant professor of history at Texas Christian University and a historian of the US-Mexico borderlands. His first book will be published by the University of Texas Press and covers Mexico’s Border Industrialization Program, specifically in Ciudad Juárez, where Alberto resides when not teaching in Fort Worth.
